Privacy notice for recruitment

I hereby consent to my personal data being registered and processed for the recruitment purposes by 3 Step IT Group Oy and the respective subsidiary or affiliate (“ 3 Step IT”) in a country in which the applicant has applied a position. All contacts and inquiries related to this Privacy policy should be addressed to dpo@3stepit.com.

Information provided by you will be available to HR and recruitment personnel within the organization in accordance with the EU's general data protection regulation (2016/679) and other applicable regulations governing the processing of your personal data.

Processing of personal data 

The data that you provide in your application will be registered on behalf of 3 Step IT in 3 Step IT’s recruitment system, ReachMee.

We process the following personal data:

Name
Contact information: email address, telephone number and address
Answers to selection questions in the application form

CV
Personal letter
Other attached files (Certificates)

3 Step IT is data controller

3 Step IT is the data controller for processing of your personal data.

Use of Personal data

3 Step IT will use your personal data for processing of your job application and to:

• assess and evaluate your suitability for employment for the position for which you are applying; 

 

• notify you about new positions that may be of interest to you; or

 

• for internal recruitment related statistics.

Your application will be processed via a candidate profile which brings together the information you provided with your job application.

Who may see your personal data?

Information provided will be available to HR and recruitment personnel within the organization.
If you have protected identity, you should get in touch with the contact person mentioned in the advert. You should also consider with care about the type of information you share in your application. For that reason, provide only the information relevant to the position applied for.

For how long is personal data retained?

Your personal data will be retained for up to one (1) year after the application filing date in the 3 Step IT’s recruitment data base, after which the data is erased unless law requires longer retention.

Your rights

If you have submitted personal data to 3 Step IT, you may have a right to: 

• access to your personal data that 3 Step IT holds about you. If your personal data 3 Step IT holds about you is incorrect, you may ask us to correct any inaccuracies in your personal data;

 

• ask that 3 Step IT deletes your personal data or restricts the way in which 3 Step IT uses such personal data;

 

• object to 3 Step IT’s processing of your personal data and/or;

 

• withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data (to the extent such processing is based on your consent and consent is the only permissible ground for processing). In case you withdraw your consent, we will then remove your application and delete any personal data associated with your application from our recruitment system; or

 

• file a complaint with a competent supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data.
