A little bit more about the job itself:
 
Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We are looking for a talented Account Executive to join our team in Sweden. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by cultivating strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Swedish market.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Promote Boost.ai's vision and value proposition through customer meetings, product demos, events and tailored initiatives.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in a B2B environment.
  • Track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas and revenue goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Passionate about pipeline generation and opportunity progression, with meticulous planning.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
