Job description

As an SDR, you will cover the Nordic market based out of Copenhagen or London Office and become a trusted resource in creating a qualified pipeline and developing relationships with prospects, acting as the initial (human) point of contact for those interested in learning more about us and what we do. You’ll learn skills that will foster your professional development in both sales and marketing. Your contributions will directly accelerate our pipeline and fuel our success!

Key tasks

Your day-to-day role will include: 

  • Fast, efficient, and intelligent review, delivering qualified leads directly to our in-house sales people, external resellers or partners. 
  • Personalised outreach to new prospect businesses using the BASHO methodology to create pipeline in key accounts
  • Follow-up, based on interaction with nurturing content and website engagement, to turn warm leads into quality pipeline
  • Book and lead meetings with prospects with the goal to turn initial interest in the benefits of customer service automation into buyer intent for boost.ai’s platform. 
  • Natural, helpful, delicate, and non-intrusive lead qualification in emails, phone calls, and meetings. 
  • Create, analyze, and optimize engaging automated follow-up sequences through outreach to ensure marketing and sales messaging alignment. 
  • Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. 
  • Act without being told what to do. 
  • Bring new ideas to the company. 
  • Embrace an interdepartmental team spirit and play an integral part in the smooth running of commercial teams.

Skills,qualifications & experience required

  • Fluency in Danish and English.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not essential.  
  • Sales Development experience required, preferably in a tech/Saas environment. 
  • You have a track record of growth in a self-starting environment, demonstrating your drive, creativity, and intellect. 
  • Ability to clearly communicate the business value of a complicated product. 
  • Desire to work in the fast-paced environment of a start-up.
  • A self-starter who demonstrates own initiative, is solution-driven and results-oriented. 
  • Team player who is interested in contributing to the company’s success. 
  • Friendly, fun person energized by a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
