Your future challenge:
Are you looking for a new challenge? A new position has arisen for an E/I & Air Asset Development Manager who will be responsible for E/I and HV work methods and procedures that are required within the Mill. Working across the whole of the mill, the successful candidate will secure the E/I and Air infrastructure in connection with the investment plan over the next 1-15 years.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering & Head of Operations, the successful candidate will:
Manage and lead the work to secure the E/I and Air infrastructure plan:
- Health and Safety.
- Create a Road Map for the infrastructure connected to the investment plan.
- Work with preventative maintenance and work order flow connected to IFS.
Promote and facilitate lean, problem solving and RCA activities. - Asset management and uptime of equipment.
- Collaborate with other members of the engineering management team.
- Be part of the management team in Engineering.
- Security cooperation with the other mills in Holmen to reach best practice.
- Be part of the Engineering duty rota.
The successful E/I & Air Asset Development Manager will possess:
- A minimum of HND (or equivalent) in Engineering, and/or vast experience in a
management position (Engineering degree preferred)
The following are also desired:
- Excellent knowledge in assets and maintenance needs.
- Project engineering/management.
- Good knowledge of pulp and paper process.
- Appropriate training in Health and Safety (IOSH or equivalent).
- Computer literate with working knowledge of ‘Windows Office’ suite/IFS.
