Project Leader / Strategic Advisor — Snøhetta Design
Snøhetta Design is looking for a Project Leader / Strategic Advisor to join our studio in Oslo. This is an Oslo-based position, and remote is not possible.
The position
As a Project Leader / Strategic Advisor at Snøhetta Design, you are pivotal in bridging design excellence with strategic business objectives. Your primary task is to provide the team and the client with stability, clarity, and predictability throughout the process.
Your role spans both process management and business development. You’ll build and guide teams, create project- and resource plans aligned with timelines and budgets, and serve as the main client contact. Working closely with designers, you’ll balance guiding the project process, ensuring team alignment, and fostering client and team commitment to keep design solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Proactive communication and relationship-building are key to thriving in this role. We expect you to foster a collaborative environment, make decisive contributions, inspire team members, and lead by example to drive design excellence.
